Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
15-Day Window: You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, labels, and certificates intact.
Shipping Charges:
- If the return is initiated by the customer for reasons other than product damage or defect, both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
- For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, no shipping charges will be deducted, provided a clear uninterrupted 360° unboxing video is shared at the time of opening.
- Return Conditions: Unclear, interrupted, or edited videos will render the return/exchange request invalid.
Platform Specific: This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website www.niiya.co. For purchases from other platforms, their respective policies apply.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalised jewellery, idols, utensils, gift cards, and coins are not eligible for return, unless defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Shipping charges (if paid at checkout) are non-refundable.
- Items purchased during sales, offers, with coupon codes, or promotional discounts will be refunded only as www.niiya.co Wallet credit, and only the amount actually paid by the customer will be credited (excluding the discount or coupon value).
- Wallet credits are valid for 6 months and redeemable only on our official website.
Exchanges
- Exchanges may be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- An item once exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
- Exchanged items are not eligible for return/refund.
Missing Items
If items are missing from a return package (including gifts/promos), their value will be deducted from the refund.
Return Process
- Initiate a request via our website or Customer Support.
- Ensure availability for the reverse pickup and respond to courier calls. Missed pickups may require rescheduling.
- Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping: While most pin codes are serviceable, in rare cases where reverse pickup isn’t available, you may be asked to self-ship through a reliable courier (e.g., India Post).
Important Note
- If you receive a tampered, empty, or missing-item package, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a 360° unboxing video.
- For defective products, only uninterrupted and clear 360° videos are valid proof.
- www.niiya.co reserves the right to make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
